Outboard Services

Service Intervals:
During the run-in period for new engines, it’s recommended to perform service every 6 months or after 50 hours of operation.
For annual maintenance, the typical interval is either 100 hours or 12 months, whichever comes first.
At around 400 hours of operation, there may be additional service measures, such as checking thermostats or cambelts.
Supplier Variability:
Different suppliers may have varying maintenance schedules for outboard engines.
To ensure correct service, it’s essential to engage a professional who can verify and perform the appropriate maintenance.
